About HeartPep

Research purchasers and intended use

Products are intended for authorised professional or business purchasers conducting legitimate non-clinical laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, administration, diagnosis or treatment. We may request purchaser, organisation and intended-research information before accepting an order.

Product information

Use the product listing for the stated molecule, quantity, format and price. Published research is background information and does not establish the testing, purity, sterility or suitability of a particular batch. Ask for documentation relevant to the specific product and lot.

Prices, availability and order acceptance

The total price, applicable delivery charges and available payment options are shown before purchase. A product listing or automated acknowledgement is not confirmation that an order has been accepted. Acceptance is confirmed separately after the relevant purchaser, payment, stock, destination and fulfilment checks. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, any payment taken will be refunded.

Shipping, cancellations and refunds

The shipping and returns policies, together with any specific terms disclosed before purchase, form part of an accepted order. HeartPep is the customer contact even when an approved fulfilment partner dispatches the goods.

Privacy and website use

Personal information is handled as described in the privacy policy. Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or submit misleading information. Research summaries are informational and are not personal medical advice.
